Training data on your device
Workouts, exercise notes, body measurements, routines, plans, favorites, drafts, preferences and companion progress are stored locally on your iPhone. Repthrive does not operate a server that receives this training history. Core logging does not require an account. Your device and any operating-system backups you enable may retain this information.
Optional Apple sign-in
Apple sign-in is optional and does not enable cloud workout storage or synchronization. The app requests no name or email scopes. It keeps your Apple user identifier in the device Keychain to check sign-in status; it does not send that identifier or Apple sign-in credentials to RevenueCat. You can remove the saved sign-in in Settings and revoke the connection in your Apple Account settings.
Apple Health and Apple Watch
With your permission, Repthrive exports workouts you select to Apple Health and reads its own exported records to verify them. It does not estimate calories or heart rate. Optional Watch controls exchange active-session information with your paired Apple Watch. You can disable these connections and change Health permissions in Apple settings. Health and workout information is not used for advertising or sold.
Purchases and Pro access
Apple handles payments; we do not receive your card details. RevenueCat processes an anonymous app user identifier, product and transaction information, subscription status, and the technical device/app information needed to validate purchases, restore access and provide subscription analytics. Workout history, notes, measurements and Apple sign-in credentials are not sent to RevenueCat. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy and Apple’s privacy policy for their practices.
Backups, sharing and notifications
Backups are files you choose to export, or optional local backup copies. If you save a file to iCloud Drive or another provider, that provider processes it under its own policy. Sharing happens only when you choose a destination; check the preview before sharing. Local workout reminders and rest notifications use system permissions and your saved preferences. We do not send marketing push notifications from a Repthrive server.
Website and support
This website uses Cloudflare for hosting, delivery and security. Cloudflare processes connection information such as IP address, request details and browser information for these purposes. We do not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts or marketing cookies. Cloudflare may use necessary security technologies. When you contact us, your email address, message and any information you choose to include are processed to answer your request. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary health information. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Purposes, retention and international processing
We process information to provide requested services and support, secure the service, manage purchases and meet legal obligations. Where applicable, the legal basis is performance of a contract, consent for optional access, legitimate interests in support and security, or a legal obligation. Local records remain until you delete them or remove the app’s data. Exported copies must be deleted separately. Support messages are kept only as needed to resolve requests and meet legal or dispute obligations. Apple, RevenueCat, Cloudflare and our email provider may process data outside your country under their applicable safeguards and retention policies.
Your choices and rights
You can edit or delete records in the app, export your data, disable optional connections, and remove the app and its local data through iOS. Offloading an app may retain its data. Delete backups separately and manage exported Health records in Apple Health. Removing the app does not cancel subscriptions. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, portability, or to withdraw consent and complain to a data-protection authority. Contact enfurbay@gmail.com to make a request. We may need reasonable verification and cannot retrieve local-only records from your device.
Children and changes
Repthrive is a general fitness tool and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may update this policy as the service changes; the date on this page identifies the current version.
