This page explains our service rules and purchase information; it does not replace that license or reduce any mandatory consumer rights.
General fitness only
Repthrive helps you plan and record strength training. It is not a regulated medical device and does not diagnose, prevent, monitor or treat disease. Exercise demonstrations and progression suggestions are general information, not individualized medical advice. Choose loads and movements appropriate to your ability, environment and equipment. Seek qualified advice where needed, stop if an exercise causes pain or concerning symptoms, and contact emergency services in an emergency. No particular strength, appearance or health result is guaranteed. Companion images reflect app progress, not a prediction or measurement of your body.
Using the service
Use the app and website lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or redistribute licensed exercise videos, illustrations or other protected content. You retain ownership of your own workout entries and notes. The app is not intended for children under 13; minors should use it with appropriate parent or guardian involvement.
Free and Pro
Core workout logging and history are available without a subscription. Pro adds the features described on the current purchase screen. Monthly and annual plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. Lifetime is a one-time, non-consumable purchase for Pro access for the lifetime of this app service; it is not a promise of perpetual operation or all future separate products. Actual prices, currency, taxes, included features and offer eligibility are shown by the App Store before you confirm.
Renewals, trials and cancellation
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase, or when an eligible free trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends. Any offered trial and its renewal price are shown before purchase; cancel before it ends to avoid renewal. Manage or cancel through Apple Account subscriptions. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and keeps access through the current paid period. Buying Lifetime does not cancel an existing subscription.
Restores and refunds
Use Restore purchases with the Apple Account that made the purchase. Contact us if access does not restore. Apple handles billing and refund requests under its policies and applicable law; visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot cancel Apple subscriptions or promise a refund on Apple’s behalf.
Your records and optional services
Check your entries before confirming them. Suggestions or prefilled values do not record a completed set. Keep backup copies of important records. Local records can be lost if you remove the app or lose your device without a usable backup. Apple sign-in is optional and does not provide workout cloud sync. Apple Health, Apple Watch, notifications and sharing depend on permissions, connectivity and platform availability. Third-party services have their own terms.
Availability and changes
We work to maintain a reliable service, but uninterrupted operation, error-free content and compatibility with every future device cannot be guaranteed. Features may change as the app develops. We will provide notices where required, and changes do not override rights attached to an existing purchase or mandatory law. These terms apply only to the extent permitted by law; they do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. For questions, purchase-access problems or complaints, contact enfurbay@gmail.com. Include your app version and a description of the issue, but never your password or full payment details.
